Our experience with Bluebay has been great thus far. My pre-wedding shoot was held in Singapore last November.
The team from Taiwan doing our actual shoot was very professional and fun to work with. (Photographer Dolby, MUA Jia Ning, Lighting Assistant Ah Wei). Although Dolby was a man of few words, he gave a lot of directives, and also spoke to us before the photoshoot to understand what style we like. During the shoot he will try to think of ways to let us utilise the props we brought along. We showed him some photos we like and he tried to accommodate to what we wanted. MUA Jia Ning was very good and created many different looks for me for each different outfit. Ah Wei was the joker of the group and kept cracking jokes so that we can relax and smile naturally. We had our first round of photo selection one month after the shoot and the photos turned out great.
Maggie and Xiao Wen from SG office have been very prompt in helping us schedule for our gown selection and photoshoot appointments. They are both very friendly and helpful, and have always tried to accede to our requests. With a strict budget in mind, it is nice of them not to hard sell us the photos during our photo selection. Instead, we are left to choose on our own for over two and a half hours and this is definitely a plus point.
Overall we had a very good experience with Bluebay for our pre-wedding photoshoot. Although the gown selection at SG is definitely less than in Taiwan, they still have many pretty pieces and I had a hard time deciding between a few.
