We signed up with Bluebay at their roadshow for our shoot in Korea in January 2014.
Maggie, the head of the Singapore branch, is very accommodating to our needs and requests throughout the entire process.
Xiao wen was very patient and helpful in assisting to select my gowns to bring over. She was also very prompt in replying to my queries over whatsapp and reminded me on what to prepare to keep warm. Unknown to me, she informed Jia Ning that I was scared of the cold and tol d her to take extra care to keep me warm.
The crew, consisting of Kiwi, Gucci & Jia Ning, met up with us before the shoot to finalize our itinerary. They were very professional and gave us valuable advice on the route and style.
On the day of the shoot, they came to our hotel at 6am and departed at 8am.
During the shoot, Kiwi was very professional and went to all odds to take all the poses that we requested and Gucci was very helpful in assisting us in our poses and took many behind the scenes photos. Although it was extremely cold, it was around -3 degrees C, but Jia Ning made sure that I was kept warm by standing by with my jacket and rushed to cover me up whenever we were in between shoots. She also held me and made sure that I didn't slip while walking on the snow and ice.
We just selected our photos and Olivia was patient and allowed us ample time without pressure to select our photos and even gave her suggestions and recommendations when we asked for it.
Overall, our experience was made enjoyable and pleasant by the cheerful and professional disposition of the staff!
