Signed with Wen Wen at OC in Singapore. Was a little bit worried initially because there were hardly any review online. Wen Wen was there along the way and helped us with our various queries up till the day we flew to Taiwan. We were assigned Feng sir as photographer and Zi Xuan as MUA. Both of them made us feel at ease and took care of us as the weather was pretty cold at Yang Ming Shan.
Photo selection process was also a breeze. While they did try to sell us some photos (a s expected), they never once showed us black face or force us to buy.
There was a slight hiccup in the delivery of album - the postal company arranged to bring the items over on a certain timing but didn't come. When we contacted Perfect Wedding, they saw to it immediately and apologised profusely to us when it wasn't even their fault.
Overall, Perfect Wedding is a very sincere bridal company and we highly recommend!
